Admissions Process



Admission inquiries are welcome at any time. Families are encouraged to begin the process in the fall for the following academic year. Please submit the Online Inquiry Form or call the School Office, 608-231-4580, for more information.

Open Houses
Open Houses are held several times each year, in the Fall, Winter, and Spring.  In addition, we have a variety of opportunities for prospective families to become acquainted with our community.

Our Next Virtual Open House is schedule for Tuesday, January 26th at 6:30pm via Zoom, you can sign up HERE



Families must submit an Online Application Form to be considered an applicant for admission. 
Application Fee
There is a $40 non-refundable fee to submit an application which must be paid with a credit card when applying online. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your online application and payment.
How to Apply
If you have not already done so, you must first visit our Online Inquiry page to supply us with necessary information before applying. 
Step #1 Fill out the Online Inquiry Form
Step #2 Schedule a Tour and visit us!
Step #3 Create an online account and complete the Application Form 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
